Group Training

You'll love our group sessions.  The camaraderie in our groups are what makes the difference.  There have been lasting friendships made in our group classes!

Our group sessions meet every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday mornings at 5:30 a.m, for 1 hour, and go for 5 weeks straight.  There is a 1-week break and the sessions start again at 5 weeks at a time.  We meet at various locations in Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda, and sometimes into Villa Park/Orange.  All locations are within 5 miles from each other.  Sometimes we may have add-in running days for FREE on a Saturday at further Orange County locations (i.e. beach runs).

Classes run for 5 weeks at a time, 3 days a week, with a 1 week break in-between sessions..  If you have missed the beginning date, contact us and if we are not too far in, we may accept you!
