our group sessions.
The camaraderie in our groups are what makes the difference.
There have been lasting friendships made in our group
classes!
Our group
sessions meet every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday mornings
at 5:30 a.m, for 1 hour, and go for 5 weeks straight.
There is a 1-week break and the sessions start again at 5
weeks at a time. We meet at various locations in
Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda, and sometimes into Villa
Park/Orange. All locations are within 5 miles from
each other.
Sometimes we may have add-in
running days for FREE on a Saturday at further Orange County
locations (i.e. beach runs).

Classes run for 5 weeks
at a time, 3 days a week, with a 1 week break in-between sessions.. If you have missed the beginning
date, contact us and if we are not too far in, we may accept you!
