You have found
the ONLY running class in this area! No, we
are not a running group, we are a running class. Are you already a
runner? Or maybe you don't like to run. Either
way, this class is for you! We will teach you how to run with
proper form, and breathe the correct way. Maybe you
already know proper form and breathing, that's great!
But we do much more than that here. We meet 3 times a week, and every
day is different. Some days we will do running drills
and use special equipment, other days we may do hill drills
(great way to improve endurance!). There are even fun
game days! You also have the option of combining your
3 running days with a couple days of boot camp (www.BootCampClass.com).
The best way to achieve your running goals, is to combine
weight training along with your running schedule. So,
come run with us and not only improve your running, but get
in better shape at the same time! |



Have you ever run in a race? A 5k, 10k, Half Marathon or a full
marathon? Now is your chance! If you are a newer
runner, we will work towards a goal of a 5 or 10k. If
you are more of an advanced runner, then we will work on
cutting minutes off of your Half or Full Marathon. Or
you might just want to join to run with other ladies and get
in your exercise. Check the upcoming races link to see
what is coming up. We are not here to compete, we are
here to help you improve your personal goal. |

Classes run for 5 weeks
at a time, 3 days a week, with a 1 week break in-between sessions.. If you have missed the beginning
date, contact us and if we are not too far in, we may accept you!
